The garden "Mikado" consists of 31 sticks that are sprayed on the lawn or other flat surface.
The goal is for the players to collect the largest number of sticks without knocking down or moving the others when removing one of them. Each stick carries different points and differs from the others in color.
2-4 people play.
The first player collects all the sticks and grabs them with his hand so that they remain perpendicular between the index finger and the thumb. Then, with a sharp opening of his hand, he drops the chopsticks on the table.
The second player aims to remove the sticks one by one without moving any of the remaining sticks. Sticks can be collected with one or two hands by grasping the two sharp tips, by pressing on the sharp ends, or by using an already drawn stick. When the player makes a mistake, it stops the game, then the next one starts.
This is how all the players take turns until the sticks run out. In the second game, the sticks are released by the second player and the third player plays first.
The game continues until all players line up at the drop of sticks. After completing the game, everyone collects the points from the collected sticks.
