A plant whose natural environment is found in the pine mountain regions of the North Arctic. It grows at a very slow rate of about 3-5 mm. per year and what we put into our decoration is fully mature moss. Collected under quality control, it changes and becomes brittle. In order to counteract this natural process, each batch of collected moss is stabilized with the help of non-toxic special technologies. In this way, Scandinavian moss maintains its texture, color and natural properties for years to come, without maintenance.
