Hape - Wooden cubes for sorting H0413
Great wooden cubes to help your child learn colors, shapes, sizes, letters, numbers, words and counting were invented by Hape. A great set that combines so much activity and fun!
The cubes are made in proportionally decreasing sizes so that the child can easily arrange them on top of each other in the form of a tower. The upper part of each cube is tucked inside so that the next one on top can be held firmly in it. On the one hand, this shows the child exactly where to place the next cube, and on the other hand, it supports the stability of the tower and prevents it from accidentally falling on it. The lower part of the cubes is open so that they can be conveniently folded into each other and easily transferred to the next place to play.
The interesting thing does not end here! Various educational elements are depicted on the sides of the cube. The numbers from 1 to 5 are placed on one side, and one number is placed on each cube. On the other side are depicted objects or animals in a number corresponding to the number of the cube. The next side shows a letter of the Latin alphabet, which begins the word of the object or animal on the previous side. The fourth side has a slit that allows only one specific shape, of the additional 5 figures included in the set, to enter the cubes. And on the upper side of the cube is written the color that is present on each of its sides. Arrange the tower with your kid and try to guess which color is written on top. To make sure you know, just remove the top cube and see what it says.
